Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the Player's registered payment method following completion of any applicable verification process. Where a resolution cannot be reached through internal processes, Players may escalate unresolved disputes to the relevant independent dispute resolution body designated by six6er's licensing authority.
Nothing in this section shall affect any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
